It will be held on Thursday 5 September in Ischia at the Indaco restaurant in the fabulous setting of the Regina Isabella Resort, the third appointment of the 2019 Summer Dinners.
The chef of the evening will be Gianfranco Pascucci, considered one of the greatest interpreters of Italian seafood cuisine, as well as being for about 10 years one of the leading faces of the television program La Prova del Cuoco, broadcast on Rai 1 channel. From 2017 he is the protagonist and author of the television program “Com ‘รจ Profondo Il Mare“, broadcast on Gambero Rosso Channel.
